Registration

  • The registration fee for NARO and NARO-TX members is $275 per person. Attendance to all seminars, exhibits, Wednesday’s welcome reception, Thursday’s luncheon and dinner function and Friday’s breakfast is covered by the registration fee.
    Additional tickets to the above mentioned reception, luncheon, dinner and breakfast are available for purchase by contacting the National Office.
    These ticket holders will be limited to these specific events only.
  • The fee for non-members is $425 per person (this includes Basic NARO membership-Texas). Attendance to all seminars, exhibits, Wednesday’s welcome reception, Thursday’s luncheon and dinner function and Friday’s breakfast is covered by the registration fee. Additional tickets to the above mentioned reception, luncheon, dinner and breakfast are available for purchase by contacting the National Office.
    These ticket holders will be limited to these specific events only.

Hotel Accommodations and Information
Barton Creek Resort is providing a special rate of $129 per night, plus taxes, for NARO Convention attendees. In order to receive this rate, you must ask for the special NARO rate when you call to reserve a room; the reservations number is (866) 572-7369. Please make sure to reserve a room by June 8.
Available during your stay is free self-parking, free in-room internet access and a waived resort fee.

Member Registration  Fee $275 per person

Non Member Registration Fee $425 per person

If registering after June 15, you will be charged an additional fee of $100.

If you need to cancel your registration and would like a refund, we must receive notice of your cancellation no later than June 15. Please take note that a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. There will be no refunds after June 15.


In an effort to continue to keep our cost affordable, we are in the process of going paperless. There is an option this year to receive either a notebook or USB flash drive containing speaker information. However, next year we plan to only offer USB flash drives, and if you prefer a paper copy then you may print one at your convenience. If you choose to register online for the convention, you will be contacted to choose a notebook or USB flash drive.
