If your looking for leasing info I can help.  First your property has two abstract numbers being A-4660 & A-5574.  Secondly, Petrohawk is drilling a well in the section due North of yours.  The Geltemeyer 21 1H was permited on 7/13/11 and the vertical and horizontal total 11,000 feet.

Petrohawk has lease all over the county, about 1/3 of the leases are 3 years and a 20 to 25% lease royalty.  The balance of leases are all five years with a 1/4 lease royalty.  The highest Petrohawk paid was on five years leases: A-1970 = $1,800, A-3677 = $2,500 & A-5760 = $2,650 per net acre.  In your specific section Petrohawk has two 3 year leases with a 1/4 lease royalty and Celero Energy has one lease at 3 & 1/4.  I can't quote the bonus amounts paid.
