    Could someone please give me the bonus rate I could expect for the following mineral properties for December 2012 or a top lease in July? Can you recommend some good operators?
    1) 5395.5 contiguous acres, 4 producing horizontal wells subject to a retained acreage tract provision (320 acres each) limited to 100 ft below the lowest producing depth
    2) 644.4 contiguous acres, adjacent to one producing horizontal well; with one producing, shallow vertical well in the Olmos formation and another producing well in this formation in an adjacent lease
