Indiana Message Board

In S. Indiana, I noticed a number of operating pump jacks. These wells are quite shallow I suspect. So I am curious, as the Indiana state O G regulators mentioned horizontal drilling is taking place.  Is there anyone leasing who might be thinking about horizontal drilling of "liquids rich" but shallow production? 

With oil prices high, it looks like leasing activity ought to be on the rise.. Anyone with a comment?
