    I am interested in learning more about Kansas oil & gas rules that pertain to surface damages, leasing and Kansas equivalent to force pooling, if any.  Is there recommended reference material?

    Attached is the site for the Kansas Corporation Commission (the oil/gas commission) and a second site where you can check wells by section, township and range.  This info only provides the state info and not going rates in a particular area.
