I have received a lease offer of $3500 per net acre, 3yr lease, 2 yr. option,
1/4 royalty. The only drawback is the order of payment is for 90 banking days. This seems unusually long. This is in Sec. 29, T 09N, R 13W.

I would appreciate any suggestions you might have as to how I can get them to pay me sooner.  Thank you

Chesapeake is taking all the leases in the township and about a quarter are straight 3 year leases at a 1/4 royalty.  The balance include the two year extension.  I can't comment on the current bonus offer but past bonus rates ran from 3 to 10 times your offer.

Thank you for your input. I have decided to hold onto the lease and see
if I receive any other offers.
