As I posted recently on the old message board just before its demise, Longfellow Energy has drilled numerous wells in its "McGee Valley Project" in Atoka County during the last couple of years and put together its "Calera Project" in Bryan County and Grayson County, Texas (just across the Red River), for which it received in June a permit to drill the first of 4 proposed test wells, the Hulsey 31-1RE, in S31,T7S,R8E, Bryan Co.) We have unleased interests in both areas, being in S34,T3S,R12E and S15,T4S,,R12E in Atoka Co., and S1&2,T8S,R9E, plus others, in Bryan Co.
Can anyone provide insight as to Longfellow's current and future plans, strategy and results in both areas as to leasing, drilling, production and development of these projects? Are there any other E & P groups engaged or interested in pursuing a similar strategy of developing the Ouachita Overthrust Province reservoirs potential in these areas as has been done with much success in the Overthrust's far West Texas segment?
Any Information would be appreciated.
Thank you, D.W. Wright
