    Have received lease offer in Section 6- 9N-20W of $400 and 3/16 from land broker leasing for Marathon.

    Does anyone have information?

    Cordillera Partners appears to be the only current leasing party in Secs 5 & 6.  The recorded Sec 6 leases cover the SW/4 & the E/2 and all are 3 years & 3/16.  There are no current township pooling orders in Sec 6 or Sec 1-9N-21W, Beckham County.

    Thanks, Linn.  The offer I now have is from Marathon.    I haven't had offers from Marathon in a very long time.  Maybe this is encouraging that they are getting active in western Oklahoma.

    Do you (or anyone) have info as to the lease bonus$ that Cordillera paid here?
