Horizontal drilling costs in relation to the price of oil.

    My question is, at what price does a barrel of oil need to be above in order for horizontal drilling to be economical.  I was told that in the Eagle Ford it is $75.00/barrel.  Can anybody confirm or deny or add to this?  Thank you.
