Is there anyone from Doddridge County on here?

My O&G has been leased since the early 60, So I have a situation where the current lease holder has entered into a contract with Antero for drilling the Marcellus. My current lease has no pooling clause in it. What is the best possible out come of this?

I just signed a Right - of - Way agreement for a gathering pipeline transporting third party gas. Does anyone on here have any experience with: Antero, Old leases with no pooling agreement? Pipeline R-O-W agreements?

My guess is Antero will be contacting you since legislation was signed within the last couple of weeks without force pooling.  This may give the opportunity to make other changes to the old lease such as upgrading the royalty.

Did anybody answer you about an attorney in Doddridge?  I have some interests in Doddridge too but need an attorney for Tyler right now.  I need a referral as well.
