Registration

• 1. Exhibitor – $1,000.00
  Event registration for one (1) person, including exhibit space with one skirted 6-ft table and two chairs. Your company logo will be displayed within the event app.
  Please note: Exhibitor spots secured after May 31, 2026 are not guaranteed to be included in program materials.
• 1.1 Additional Exhibitor Attendee – $499.00
  Additional Exhibitor registrations are $499 each.
• 2. Gold Sponsor – $3,000.00
  Event registration for two (2) people and a premium exhibit location, including a 10' x 10' booth, one 6-ft table, two chairs, and a trash can. Your company logo and advertisement will be displayed within the event app and on event day signage. Your company will also be recognized during the General Assembly and in the ROAR newsletter.

• 3. Break Sponsor – $3,500.00
  Event registration for two (2) people and a standard exhibit location, including a 10' x 10' booth, one 6-ft table, two chairs, and a trash can. Your company logo will be prominently displayed at the break station, as well as on event day signage and the presentation holding screen.

• 4. Breakfast Sponsor – $3,500.00
  Event registration for two (2) people and a standard exhibit location, including a 10' x 10' booth, one 6-ft table, two chairs, and a trash can. Your company logo will be prominently displayed at the breakfast station, as well as on event day signage and the presentation holding screen.

Your company will also be recognized during the General Session, featured in a social media post, highlighted in the ROAR newsletter, and listed on the event agenda as the sponsor for Mineral Management 101 and Intro to Estate Planning.

• 9.2 Exclusive - Presenting Sponsor – $10,000.00
  Event registration for eight (8) people and a premium exhibit location, including a 10' x 10' booth space, two 6-ft tables, four chairs, and a trash can. Your company will be recognized in event emails, on the NARO Texas webpage, during the General Session, on event day signage, the presentation holding screen, and during the welcome address. Your company will also receive three social media posts, recognition in the ROAR newsletter, and your company logo and advertisement will be displayed within the event app.
