Introduction to Mineral Ownership
The NARO Foundation is proud to announce a new 3 hour course designed to help educate owners on the foundational building blocks of mineral ownership.
If you recently inherited or acquired minerals, this is the class for you! It is geared primarily towards those who are new to mineral ownership. This is a basic course that includes the components of ownership, leasing, division orders, decimal interest and general record keeping.
Attendees to the Introduction to Mineral Ownership class must pre-register and pay a stand-alone $75 fee. Registration for this course does not include registration for any NARO Convention, or vice versa. This course will grant continuing education credits for the NARO Mineral Management program for both RMM and CMM credits.

2023 Rocky Mountain NARO Convention
We are happy to announce our 2023 convention that
will feature both in person and virtual attendance.
Thursday, June 22nd
Partner with the Rocky Mountain NARO
The National Association of Royalty Owners – Rocky Mountain Chapter are dedicated to the education of mineral and royalty owners across the rocky mountain region including Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and New Mexico. We’re planning an amazing program for our annual convention. Mineral Rights and Royalty owners are the “landlords” of the domestic oil and gas industry across much of the United States and play a critical role in the development of these vital assets. NARO is their support network and the mission of the organization is to support, advocate, and educate for the empowerment of mineral and royalty owners. Your business can help support and expand our membership’s depth of knowledge so that we can all build a better energy future for our country. We hope that you’ll join NARO in supporting these important efforts.
Thank You!
Matt Sands
Rocky Mountain Chapter President
